I think Justin confronted Julian, Miles, and Henry because he wanted to protect Jack from getting bullied and went up to them Clint Eastwood style. I predict that may happen as a result of that conversation is that Julian, Miles, and Henry will keep on messing with Jack outside of school.
I think Justin confronted Julian, Miles, and Henry because he was already talking with Jack and he felt like Jack has been having a hard time lately and didn't want to make things worse so Justin decided to stand up for Jack. I also think that this '' war '' will continue for a very long time to just get under Jacks skin ad annoy him.

I think Julian and his posy [popular group] will not stop bulling Jack, Auggie and other kids because they think what ever anyone says their still popular and can do what ever they want.
