Summer is a caring and respectful person. August first met Summer in lunch when she left her mean and obnoxious friends to sit with August probably because he was sitting alone. You can also tell she is a caring and respectful person because when her and Aggie decided it would be the "summer" table she let August make Jack's name sound like a summer name. Summer is caring and respectful in many more ways but one more is that she said even if someone wanted to sit with her and August [they] would let them and that shows she doesn't like to exclude people. Its kinda hard to tell what Summer is thinking about of Aggie in the inside even though she treats him like a [friend] or person with no disability. You never know what she could be thinking because of what Jack Will said about August at Halloween when he thought he wasn't listening.
I agree Hunter, I think Summer is caring and respectful. I also feel she is very inclusive and true to herself. She doesn't care about being in the popular crowd, she would prefer to surround herself with fun, kind friends.
Summer is a person who was like jack who was his friend not because Mr.tushman bribed him but because she said that she felt really bad for him and that no one would sit with him at launch. Summer got kind of mad because kids at her friends party were calling August zombie kid or mutant boy.The kind of person I think summer is that Summer is really brave and respectful.
I think Summer is a very kind person. I think she is a nice person because she sat with August when no one was sitting with him and is very kind to him. Also, even though the popular girl in the school told her to not hang out with him she still does.
